Yay. My keyboard arrived today. (Technically, yesterday, but who’s counting?)

I’ve been wanting a keyboard for a while now. I want to learn how to play the piano. I’ve had lessons when I was younger but I didn’t have the patience. I can read the notes (some of them, anyway) so I’ll figure my way into learning. Heh.

I was able to find some sheet music. I found Konoyo Uta (Black Cat). And I’ve managed to learn the first bar. Pathetic, I know. But I will persevere.

iStock should rebound…

…right?

The price cut to the iPhone received mixed reactions. Some early adopters are quite upset. They besieged Apple support with complaints. Apple haters critics laughed — still laugh — at the early adopters. Those on the middle of the fence are pretty much being convinced to acquire the damn iPhone. The rest of us… We just talk about the ‘PR glitch’ to death. And the result to the stocks? Well, it dipped. A bit.

But never fear Apple shareholders, the price should go up. Or so the analysts say. It must, damnit! I’ve been planning to get rid of mine (miniscule as it is).

Oooh, pretty!!

It looks a lot like the iPhone. Me, likey. Should I pre-order (because is is so purty)? Or not (because it’s only 16gigs)?

Decisions. Decisions.

update: (three hours later)
Yes, I succumbed to the temptation. Steve Jobs is evil.

update: (a few more hours later)
I am mulling over the pre-order. The ‘new’ iPod classic 80gigs is only $249 and the 160gigs is $349. Hm. I had the nano but I killed it (accidentally). Don’t ask how. So I’ve been really planning to purchase another player. I want something that I can watch videos on my downtime at work (especially on weekend shifts).

I have a couple weeks more to go…

What I would give to sing Lakme’s Bell Song. Beautifully, of course.

>> Amy Winehouse is a big crackhead but I sure love her 1st and second album. Rehab still makes me laugh.

>> Corinne Bailey Rae is some kind of awesome. I would love to hear a collaboration between her and Norah Jones.
