Ugly Betty’s season finale went from oh-so-light-and-fun to I-need-to-cry-my-eyes-out in a span of an hour (minus commercials).

UB highlights:

>>Judith Light is FABULOUS. I love, and I say, I REALLY love the character Claire. How can such Bradford even think of cheating? Juidth Light should win an Emmy.

>>Vanessa Williams. AWESOME. On one hand, she is evil. On the other hand, she lurvs Marc. Bitchy!Wil rox.

>>Amanda and Christina lucked in the love dungeon. And no, not that way. Dirrty! They bond over champagne. And over secrets. And over disturbing twists. I mean, if Amanda is Fey’s love child and the daddy is Papa Meade. Think of the first few episodes where she and Daniel were hooking up…. Ewww.

>>Loved Kristin Chenoweth and the Betty La Fea cameo.

>>CharliexHenryxBetty. Argh. I hate Charlie. But she is needed for the Betty angst. At least, we get one sweet, sweet kiss.

>>Justin. Fan-frakkin-tastic! He can sing the entire West Side Story and I’ll listen.

>>Hilda and Santos. One word: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay. Michael Urie is fabulous. When he sells the character Marc, he really sells it. He is an amazing evil!Marc, but he is also awesome without his real!Marc.

I heart Ugly Betty.

Omigod. Ten has a guilty pleasure to watch this fall. Hm. It is campy, cheesy, and soapy. It is Ugly Betty. I love it.

I think I am morphing into a semi-normal person. My anime watching dwindles; and my television time rises.
